We
support health professionals and family members of mentally ill, mentally
retarded, or drug/alcohol-addicted persons in their efforts to secure
fast and effective treatment for patients or loved ones. We accomplish
this by educating them about the alternatives to court action, by securing
court orders for guardianship, conservatorship, commitment or treatment,
and by helping fiduciaries carry out their court-ordered responsibilities.
With extensive experience in the mental health field and an understanding
of medical/clinical practice and procedures, we are able to give our clients
a level of service and support unavailable elsewhere, responding to emergencies
with speed, and utilizing paralegal support to conduct case preparation
cost-effectively.
